Huma Qureshi

Huma Qureshi was born and raised in Delhi. Her father owns a well-known restaurant franchise named Saleem’s, which has about ten locations in Delhi. Her brother, Saqib Saleem, is an actor who appeared in Mujhse Fraaandship Karoge. In 2011, it was announced that Huma will make her Bollywood debut in a film named Billa 2, however this was postponed for unclear reasons. Huma has a good role in two episodes of Gangs of Wasseypur.

Director Anurag Kashyap was delighted with her acting abilities during a photo session for a Samsung Mobile ad and vowed to utilize them in a film. “I did not believe it then,” Qureshi said. I wasn’t looking forward to it because this type of scenario is frequent in our profession. Kashyap did, however, keep his word by signing a three-film contract with his production firm, Anurag Kashyap Films.Huma co-starred with Varun Dhawan and Nawazuddin Siddiqui as a prostitute in Sriram Raghavan’s crime thriller Badlapur the next year. Qureshi participated in the joint film Present Is Past, which was released the same year. Huma made her Malayalam cinema debut in 2016, with the film White. Mammootty and Huma had two parts in the film.
